We adopted our dog Beetle back in 2021 and Becca was our point of contact from start to finish. After meeting Becca and talking about the adoptable dogs and their organization via Skype, we felt 100% confident that we were making the right decision. Becca was our main contact when we adopted our boy, Pad Thai, from Thailand. Welcoming ‘Paddy’ was a big decision, but we’ve never looked back. Becca made the process so easy. We discovered her through a friend who had also adopted, and after seeing Pad Thai on the website, we fell in love and sent an enquiry. Becca quickly got in touch, explained Pad Thai’s personality, and walked us through the adoption process. She was honest but reassuring, and we soon decided to move forward. Becca was quick to answer any questions and kept us updated with photos and videos, which made us feel connected before we’d even met him. She handled everything—from transport to costs and dates. We just had to wait for the right flight to bring Pad Thai to Scotland. Adopting him has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. He brings us joy every day.
