Care Bear

DOB: 29 November 2024

Sex: Male

Care Bear oozes love the moment he meets a person. He’ll walk right over for pats and to see if you have anything tasty to share. He’s fully vaccinated, treated with Bravecto and dewormer, and sterilised. Care Bear is an affectionate, confident little guy who loves playing with other dogs and is great with kids. He just wants to be part of the family, whether it’s joining in on playtime, going for walks, or simply lounging on the couch for cuddle time. Care Bear is the unique pup in his litter, inheriting his mama’s signature pointy ears, and he’s really starting to show the terrier in him with his fuzzy face. He’s playful, sweet, and loves people (and food!) more than anything. Care Bear is a fun, trainable dog who will keep you entertained with his antics. He’s been thriving in the Baan Maa Garden but is more than ready to find his forever home. Care Bear deserves a loving family where he can be the star of the show and receive all the love he’s so ready to give!

Weight: Medium

Ideal Home: He’d thrive in a loving home with people around, where he can join in on daily life and get plenty of cuddles and playtime.

Important Information

Where We Can Arrange Adoptions
At this time, we can arrange adoptions to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, or locally within Thailand.

Flexible Adoption Applications
We know finding the right match matters. If during the process we feel another dog may be an even better fit for your home and lifestyle, we’ll contact you to discuss. Our priority is always the best outcome for both you and the dog.

Adoption Costs – Important to Know
Adopting a dog from Baan Maa is always free — we never charge an adoption fee for our dogs.
The only costs involved are those needed to prepare the dog for travel and the travel itself.

  • If you adopt locally in Thailand, we simply ask that you cover the travel cost of the dog. If you plan on collecting the dog in person, there are not costs whatsoever.

  • For international adoptions, adopters are asked to cover the dog’s travel, tests, and paperwork.

Adopting a dog internationally from Thailand typically costs between £1,500 and £3,000, depending on:

  • Destination
  • Weight of the dog
  • Airline used

We are committed to complete transparency and will notify you immediately if there are any changes to the costs. While we do not charge an adoption fee, we ask adopters to cover all expenses involved in the process.

Deposit and Final Payment

A £400 deposit is required once your application is successful. This covers:

  • Living arrangements until departure
  • Vaccinations
  • Required paperwork

The remaining balance will cover:

  • Travel crate
  • Transportation to Bangkok, where dogs stay 2–3 nights for a final vet visit and flight certificate
  • Flight to their forever home

Please note: These payments do not go to Baan Maa as profit. They are only to cover the actual costs of preparing and transporting your new family member safely.
